Pistachio dacquoise with raspberry & elderflower gelée, seeded avocado tartine, and coconut lemon posset, paired with hibiscus grapefruit tonic.

A bright, botanical menu designed alongside citrus, seasonal florals and details inspired by the brand’s visual world.

A chocolate tribute to Broadway's biggest night.

For this year's The Tony Awards, we recreated the iconic Tony Award in chocolate, using the original award as our reference. The display was completed with beautifully crafted custom touches by Paul Vitale, created especially for the occasion, thank you Paul!
