Parlor was founded in 2012 in the back of a barbershop with a single-group espresso machine and a dream to roast New York’s finest coffee. Today we supply coffee to cafés and restaurants, and home brewers across the globe from our roastery on the edge of the Brooklyn Navy Yard—and we continue to pursue that dream, along with others we’ve hatched along the way.
