This weekend marks our One Year Anniversary. What a year it has been! The 3 of us, Chef Joe, Billy & Sal decided to take a massive chance in early 2023. We doubled down on our instincts, we doubled down on Brooklyn and we doubled down on each other. When everyone was saying New Jersey or Manhattan, we said Brooklyn. When everyone was saying, keep the menu traditional, we did anything but. When everyone was saying play it safe, don’t open a restaurant, we stuck to our guns. We finally opened our doors February 2025, and this year has been a beautiful, tough and exciting 12 months.

All of this is only possible because of all of you, our customers, our family and our friends. We can’t thank you enough. We will continue to innovate and service you at the highest level. If you thought year one was good, you ain’t seen nothing yet!
