The whole menu at the cafe had to be compact (we did all production in ~30 square feet!) so I made my condiments to compliment the compact menu.

It has been an absolute joy (as well as one of the biggest, most insane challenges of our lives) to build Charter from the ground up. DIY.

We have been resolute in our goal from the beginning: to put the highest quality product, treated with the utmost care and attention to detail, in the most sustainable delivery, and hopefully make a little impact along the way.
•
To the many friends and patrons we’ve made along the way: Thank You.
•
January 15th will mark our 5th Anniversary, and our final day of service at 309 Graham Avenue. We hope to see as many of you as possible by then!
•
Our online store will remain open for coffee beans (yep, we still roast in’), Charter merch, et cetera.
Local pick-up for bags-o-beans is TBD. Stay-Tuned!

So much love to you all. With one door closed, another is sure to open.
