Gordo's Cantina Bringing authentic Mexican food in its most original and simple form to New York. Mimicking the trad Central Mexican Street Food. Open for lunch and dinner.

Established in 2014 the brand was launched launched in the Conde Nast guest chef program. It has continued as a Pop up participating in various events and street fairs such as Hester Street Fair, Bryant Park HBO Film Festival, Plate by Plate, and more, first brick and mortar opened in October 2016 in Long Island City, Queens.
