I'm back in my hometown of Shizuoka, so I linked up with Hattori-san, an organic matcha farmer. We enjoyed a delicious soba lunch at a restaurant with a view of Mount Fuji. After that, we went for a drive, taking in the endless tea plantations that stretch across the area, and headed straight to the coast. Shizuoka is such a wonderful place, blessed with nature where the mountains and the sea are so close together.
