Bière Vivante de Sureau - 2024 (6% abv) Blonde ale fermented with garden-grown elderflowers
Bière Vivante de Terre (6% abv) Chartreuse-inspired blonde ale of mixed fermentation macerated with 17 local alpine herbs and matured in Clos Rougeard Brézé barrels
Bière Vivante Bourgeons de Sapin - 2024 (6% abv) Blonde ale made with hand-picked fir buds from the slopes surrounding the brewery
