This is a new chapter for Kulushkat 📖✨

We’ve completed our transition to new management — and our mission is simple: elevate the quality and the experience, without losing what you already love about the menu.

Still fresh, still natural — our menu is 100% gluten free 🌿 (yes, even the fries!), with the only exception being our traditional pastries: pita, baklava, burekas, and rugelach.

We believe in an inclusive space for the whole Prospect Lefferts Gardens community — the neighborhood’s healthiest, least processed gluten-free menu, at prices that make sense for everyone.

📅 This Saturday, we’re open 3PM–10PM — come by and see the new chapter for yourself.

And this is just the beginning. More improvements are on the way in the coming months to elevate your experience with us even more 👀
