My first time making potato chips! Wow, is it easy. Hardest part was finding a tool to slice into thin pieces. Thank goodness for the box grader. Will be looking for a better tool before I open again next year. I can't believe how much better these are from store bought chips. Will serve warm with aioli. Yum!

Also tried fried sweet potatoes. Usually roast, but had to try while the oil was hot. I know now why there are "frites". In a restaurant it is what you do b4 you serve to get additional crispiness.

Just a reminder that I will be closing for 2020 at the end of business Sunday, November 8th. Still offering limited dine in and full take out orders. 608 862 1161 Open Weds thru Sun next week. Be sure to vote!!!!!
