Good morning everyone. I see all the nice comments from Gregg P Sullivan and the questions so I made this new post. Brklynz Empanadas is a business that was started during COVID when everything got shut down my laundry service business had no customers and I had no money. I started cooking for my friends and they suggested that I start selling it and it got me through the tough times. Now both my laundry service and Brklynz Empanadas are doing well. I was at the deli in Centereach for a year but then the owner did not want to sell me the store as discussed and I had to pull out. I cook out of a ghost kitchen in Queens. I sell my Empanadas, soup, rice and other foods frozen. The empanadas are filled with cooked meat, seafood, or vegetables, and the other foods are cooked, packaged, and then frozen for sale. All frozen foods are best when consumed with 6 months. I also do catered events upon request. Below is my phone number and a quick menu.
