We spent Friday morning (arriving at 2:00 a.m.) at the wholesale location of Seatide Fish Market in NYC's Fulton market. The entire experience was truly amazing. From hearing Paul talk about how he started the business with just one retail fish market to a tour of the entire market with Antonio and Dominick. We got to see 1000s of seafood orders, all cut fresh that morning, and our packed up by Seatide for delivery to hundreds of restaurant throughout NYC! Literally over 100 bags of our mussels distributed in just a few short hours! Amazing operation!
