I’m a perfectionist when it comes to all things cake. A people pleaser to a fault. When you trust me with your event, I take that personally.

The bake. The crumb coat. The design. Color mixing. A smooth base (this one really tests my patience). The decor. The boxing. The bows.

Comments like these mean so much. I always want feedback- good or bad.

Hard to tell from the picture but Sophia’s cake was huge and so heavy! Please do me a favor and order more palette knife floral cakes, they’re gorgeous and so fun! 🥰

Also tried a really cool technique for the fully edible hello kitty…
