Acid house originator, chicago house pioneer and founding member of Phuture DJ PIERRE takes the stage!

Back in the day when acid was just a tab, DJ Pierre was holed up in his bedroom inventing a sound which would impact on the music scene forever. In 1986, ‘acid house’ was in its pre-infancy when DJ Pierre picked up a Roland TB-303 and the infamous “Acid Tracks” was born.

“Once I get the vibe going, I can’t stop. It’s an intense feeling, fusing the rhythm and beats in an underground groove that makes the dance floor shake and people move. It’s a very spiritual evolution for me — one that I take very seriously.”

Luke Borchelt is a country singer, songwriter, and proud Maryland native whose music tells the story of his roots and influences. A self-taught guitarist, Luke picked up the instrument at 23 and soon began writing songs to share with those closest to him. His sound is a unique blend of classic country storytelling and the rhythms of DMV hip-hop, shaped by a diverse range of influences. Luke's music is a reflection of his upbringing in Maryland-honest, heartfelt, and always grounded in the experiences of real life. By capturing the soul of country and city, his work stands as a testament to the power of blending genres and staying true to his roots.
