There’s something pretty special about loading up the car with our fresh weekly roast from Kissing Rock Coffee right here in Gold Beach, Oregon! 🤎

One of the biggest blessings of having an amazing local roaster is knowing exactly how fresh the coffee in your cup really is.

Our beans are organic, fair trade, locally roasted, and picked up fresh every week — so the roast in your cup of coffee is never more than 7 days old. 🙌☕️

That means no beans sitting around on a warehouse shelf for months. Just fresh-roasted coffee, brought straight from the roaster to Cosmic Grind and into your cup.

You can smell the difference when we open the bags, and you can absolutely taste it in the espresso. 💙

We’re proud to support local, proud to serve organic fair-trade coffee, and incredibly lucky to have our roaster right here in Gold Beach.

Curtis… I have to start with you.

Thank you, Curtis Fisher, for helping make this dream a reality. Cosmic wouldn’t be here without you believing in me and my dream! I truly thank you!! There are so many people I could thank from the previous owners who first gave me the opportunity to work for them and later offered to sell the business to me, to all the people who have supported me along the way. I know I’d probably forget someone if I tried to name everyone, but you know who you are. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

Every word of encouragement, every visit, every cup of coffee, every share, every kind comment, and every bit of support over the last seven years has meant more than I can ever put into words.

What began as a dream has continued to grow, and now here we are, working on our second drive-thru location in Gold Beach. My husband and I were painting today—well, mostly my husband, lol—and I had one of those moments where I stepped back and thought, wow… look how far Cosmic Grind has come.

It hasn’t always been easy. It’s been one day at a time, one challenge at a time, and one small victory at a time. But every step has led us here, and this new location feels like another dream becoming reality.

Even a little pop up at Umbrella Farms (which you gotta check out on Saturdays …live music..🎶)

I still have more goals, more locations in mind, and plenty of dreams for the future. But right now, I’m trying to slow down and truly appreciate this moment. One brush stroke, one prayer, and one cup of coffee at a time.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of the Cosmic Grind journey. Your support, kindness, and belief in us have carried this dream through every season.
