What's the difference between cold brew and iced coffee?

• ❄️☕Iced coffee is brewed like regular coffee and is poured over ice. It retains the same bitterness and acidity as regular brewed coffee, but it also contains any other flavors that might be added.

• 🌡️☕ Cold brew coffee is brewed with room temp water for up to 12 hours or more. It's less acidic, allowing its naturally sweet notes to come forth more prominently than in iced coffee.

DARK ROAST COFFEE: t's a popular roast due to its versatility and availability!
Dark roasted coffee has a lot to offer. Here are some characteristics and flavor notes to expect:
✅ Beans are a dark brown color, often with an oily surface.
✅ Known for pronounced bitterness but is less acidic.
✅ Flavor notes are smokey, caramelly, nutty, and chocolately.
✅ The body is fuller and thicker than light roast coffee.
