A huge Thank You to Tony Rubio for gifting Pancho's a piece of Brookings History. Before the restaurant we all love today was Pancho's, it was called Rubio's, a few of the original Rubio's staff members still work at Pancho's to this day!

1136 Chetco Avenue has quite a storied history. In the late 60's the property was home to an Arnold Palmer Mini Golf Course. In 1971 construction of Ted's Drive-In Burgers began and this popular local burger joint operated until it was purchased in 1977 by Tony Rubio and John Doering. For nearly 30 years Rubio's was a staple in the community. In 2006 with new owners, the business went through an extensive remodel and name change to "Pancho's Cantina". Scott Larson bought the business in 2022, rebranding the local to "Pancho's Restaurant and Bar", retaining the exceptional staff, amazing recipes and local favorite menu. This year "Pancho's" improved the exterior of the building and we look forward to serving the community amazing food and beverages for another 49 years! Cheers!

It's that time of year again! Pancho's will be changing to our winter hours tomorrow, Sunday the 20th of September. We will be open Sunday- Thursday 11am 8:30pm and Friday and Saturday 11am-9pm! We hope to see you soon!

Pancho's Salsa has a new location at Fred Meyer in Brookings. You can find our delicious salsa in the produce section on Aisle 6 and also on display next to the Deli! We now offer our Salsa Verde and Pico de Gallo in addition to our Mild and Macho Salsas!
