somehow, the first of my last message disappeared so here goes, yes we have handed over the reigns of slugs to Darla Winegarden and her family, they will open saturdayt march 1. willa will be there to help out, so everyone go in and say welcome and check out just the beginning of some much needed changes to the decor.

The Winegarden family, aka Bands Best Kettle Korn. We are sure they will be a wonderful addition to the Port family and will bring a new energy to Slugs.
After 20 years, its time for some updated changes and we hope all our loyal customers will welcome Darla and the girls with a smiling welcome. Willa will stay to help out and when needed the younger slug ladies will appear.

has everyone had the pleasure of meeting the new super scoopers that joined our crew this year?
emma isnt new , this is her 4th summer, then came Izzy in march, Elise in april, Laurie in July and ZIgui in august. this is the new core. come say hello to these super smart super scoopers but be patient as they are learning to fill big shoes.

dont forget that the 20th annual slug races are sunday may 26 at 1pm, register at noon. rent-a-slugs available for $2.00 donation, proceeds to the so. coast humane society. these races are unique if you have been before. prizes and lots of belly laughs.
