Last week was a big one! After months of searching and months of research, the first commercial property has been purchased. Wouldn't it be nice to have a "small place" to make pizza and pasta? Well, here it is!! It will take a while to get it running, but we're moving in the right direction! Now, the real work begins. It would not have been possible without the help of Mom and Dad! ❤️ Stay tuned to see what we do with it! I can't wait!! 🍕 🍝 🇮🇹 🇺🇸

Napoli, January 2025. It was an unforgettable trip.  From making my first Margherita under the watchful eye of the Maestro himself, to delivering *hot* pizzas with Enzo to the surrounding area.  It was a trip filled with amazing memories and experiences.

The making of a proper Neapolitan pizza is a complex thing.  To deliver pizza that I made, placed in a La Notizia box, and enjoyed by local Neapolitans, was an honor.  A big thank you to Enzo for teaching me at a level that is consistent with his own high standards.  I have learned a lot, but I still have much more to learn.
