Al pastor is our NEWEST gyro! It is perfectly seasoned. It has smokey, sweet and tangy flavors . I paired this combination together, because Gyros and taco are similar. In my research, I discovered Lebanese migrants brought their culture and cooking methods to Mexico. Although they did not have the abundance of ingredients, they used what they had. So the preparation and methods for roasting lamb was used to cook pork. And Gyros became taco. Anyways it's good, and hope y'all love this gyro too! And grab a fresh squeezed lemonade with your order !
