It's everything that happens before it gets there. 🫂
For a recent IL CAPO catering order at Fred Astaire Brookfield CT, John D'Alessandro had a little help from someone who knows a thing or two about making food feel special.
His mom, Linda. ❤️
With her eye for detail and the artistry behind Signature Tables by Design Linda D'Alessandro, Linda spent the afternoon carefully arranging Italian meats, cheeses, fruits, and a beautiful basket of crudités.
Every fold. Every flower. Every little finishing touch.
Watching her work is something special. What starts as a handful of ingredients slowly becomes a presentation made with patience, imagination, and care.
And right beside her was Johnny, preparing another catering order for the community IL CAPO is proud to serve.
That's one of the things we love most about this family.
The restaurant may belong to the next generation, but the love and craftsmanship behind it have always been a family affair. 🤌
