Why we do what we do.

It is not complicated. It is the laugh that carries across the dining room. The plate set down at just the right moment. The regular who walks in and does not need to look at a menu. The seat that is always warm for family, for friends, for whoever walks through our doors, in person or from a screen at home ordering takeout on a Tuesday night.

Every dish we cook, every table we set, every order we pack up for the road exists because of this community. You give us your evenings, your celebrations, your ordinary Tuesdays. We give you everything we have in return.

Round two with our friends at CT Pizza Tour Craft Paper Supply Napoli Foods Inc. .

This time it's not the wheel, it's the box. One flat box, no prefolding, no tricks, the clock starts the second Rocky touches it.

We said yes before we even finished reading the rules. When CT Pizza Tour throws a challenge, we show up. That's just how it works around here.

No edits. No cuts. Just Rocky, a stack of cardboard, and whatever his hands do next. 🍕📦

Arrosticini is back.

The original street food of Abruzzo, Italy. Marinated lamb, roasted over the flames, salted just right. This one's been missed, and we're glad it's home.
