Traveling broadens horizons universally. It exposes each of us to new cultures, flavors, traditions, emotions and experiences. A core value we believe here is that the foods we taste during these adventures is an important gateway to the culture and history of a nation and its people.

In the month of February, one of our founders visited Japan for the 100th Kokofu-ten, the world’s preeminent bonsai show. While there, Isaiah spent time visiting the sights of the beautiful country while reveling in the different flavors of Japan. From the freshest seafood from Tsujiki market, to the sweetest strawberries from Fukuoka. On his return, we put together four new offerings to share the memories that the visit provided.

1: Strawberry Matcha Latte: Sifted matcha whisked gently and poured over iced whole milk and topped with whipped strawberry cream.

2: Sakura Strawberry Cloud: Whole milk flavored with strawberries with a kiss of Sakura flowers and topped with our house sweet cream cloud.

3: Crab Ragoon Shiopan: Handmade from scratch Shiopan bread baked with a generous crab rangoon filling and topped with freshly chopped spring onions.

4: Sakura Lychee Entremet Cake: A lychee infused mouse frosting envelopes the fluffy chiffon cake. A thin layer of strawberry jam and crumbled vanilla butter cookie base, rounds out this French-technique wonder. Another housemade special!

Her Macaron: A delicate, house made macaron shell, crisp on the outside, softly chewy within, embraces a luscious center of strawberry cheesecake ice cream; rich, creamy, and kissed with bright berry sweetness. Dusted with a buttery strawberry shortcake crumble that adds tender cake notes and a gentle crunch that melts into each bite. Crowning this indulgent creation is a chocolate-dipped strawberry, bursting with fresh fruit beneath its silky shell. Every bite is a swirl of romance and nostalgia; sweet, creamy, and irresistibly decadent, like summer wrapped in a dessert dream.

�His Macaron: A cloud-light macaron shell, baked from scratch to a delicate golden blush, cradles a luxuriously smooth core of coffee ice cream; bold, aromatic, and softly bitter in all the right ways. Nestled around is a ribbon of buttery toffee and a crunchy Biscoff crumble, giving a warm hint of caramel and a whisper of spiced cookie. Topped with the same chocolate-covered strawberry as a crown befitting a king. Each bite is a harmony of crisp, creamy, crunchy, and luscious; a dessert that flirts with indulgence and lingers like the perfect last sip of espresso.

Velvet Blush Smoothie: A silky, alabaster-tinted lychee smoothie, light and refreshing, swirled with delicate ribbons of vibrant dragonfruit jam that ripple through every sip like strokes of watercolor. Each taste begins with the floral sweetness of ripe lychee, followed by bright bursts of tropical berry from the jewel-toned jam, creating a perfectly balanced dance of smooth and fruity. Cool, fragrant, and irresistibly refreshing, this dreamy blend is a sip of sunshine; soft, romantic, and endlessly enchanting.

Your Sherpa's team has been busy experimenting with different recipes this past year and have put together three regional creations aimed at tantalizing your tastebuds! Where will you taste first?!

1: Le Cube Mocha: Cubed laminated dough filled with espresso infused chocolate ganache and topped with toasted marshmallow and Nonni's Espresso Biscotti.

2: Caramel Apple Tart: Apple cider caramel poured into a pate sablee crust and topped with a layer of sliced tart apples.

3: Asian Curry Puff: A hearty mix of beef and potatoes simmered in Madras curry, onions, ginger, garlic, chili and wrapped in a flaky pastry dough.

Available for a limited time from Wednesday December 3rd!
