October is pork month‼️

Green Hills Fresh Meats has some really nice butcher hogs available. These hogs are raised outdoors and some are antibiotic-free. A perfect way to get your freezer full!

A half hog will yield the following: ⬇️

• 8 - 3/4 in pork steaks
• 8 - 3/4 in pork chops
• 8 - boneless chops tenderized
• 8 lbs cured, hickory smoked bacon
• 4 - ham steaks cured & smoked
• 1 - baby back rib
• 1 - spare rib
• 20 lbs bratwurst
• 15 lbs breakfast sausage
• 10 lbs pork burger patties

A half hog is priced at $365 and a whole hog is $700.

Here at The Farmhouse, we offer CUSTOM beef packages that can include frozen steaks, brisket, fajita meat, roasts, and ground beef. 🥩 You get to choose which cuts you want, how thick you want your steaks to be, and the packaging. We can even package your ground beef into patties for added convenience!

We offer multiple amounts of a beef with your investment being $9-$10 per pound. Here’s the price breakdown and what we offer: ⬇️

🐮1/8 Beef — approximately $650
🐮1/4 Beef
🐮 1/2 Beef — approximately $2,500

Interested in a fresh turkey for Thanksgiving? Winigan Farms is offering fresh, pasture raised, whole local turkeys, and we’re excited to serve as the pickup location here at The Farmhouse.

Turkeys are $6/pound and will be available for pickup at The Farmhouse on Tuesday, November 24th, just in time for Thanksgiving. There is a limited supply, so be sure to call us at 660-258-9600 to secure your bird. 🦃
