Time to introduce the Rascals! My name is Erin Evans. My husband, Barry and I have two teenagers. Elaina and Liam. We are originally from WV (Lets go Moutaineers 💙💛)
We moved to FL in 2021. We have family that live nearby. And after visiting every year, we finally decided to make it permanent.
5 years ago my brother came to visit and wanting to get ice cream that evening, I told him there wasn't any place local. He responded with "my next trip down i better buy it from you!"
That really set the tone.
My dad, who was a business owner for 34 years became my go to for all the things I started coming up with for my ice cream dream. Last year I called him up and decided I was going to go mobile. Which he responded "I still don't know what your waiting for. What are you scared of?"
So then it really started becoming serious. I prayed about it. Asking God if it was possible.
May 14th my dad passed. We signed the contract June 14th to become the new owners of Rockyroad Rascals! He would be so proud that I finally did it.
We are beyond blessed for this new journey!

We are very excited to be able to come to you! Wherever that may be!
From towns, community events, schools, neighborhoods, work events, birthday parties, weddings, any celebration etc. We want to be a part of it all!
We also have custom corn hole boards, bubble machine, fog machine, huge connect 4 and a speaker to add in some fun! Also, have gift certificates available. Our calendar is getting booked. Make sure to follow us for schedules. Feel free to contact me with any questions at
