One more time before I decide whether I’m cooking.

Would anyone be interested in carne adovada burritos on Friday the 4th?

They’ll have beans and potatoes and can be smothered in red chile.

Let me know for sure so I know whether to buy everything!

I haven’t cooked in a while, but I’m thinking about making carne adovada burritos this Friday, September 4th. Before I go buy everything, would anybody actually be interested in ordering? Just trying to get an idea of how many people would want some.

You can also text me at 580-380-3339 or DM me.

My youngest daughter is having her first baby. She is due in a month. One of my gifts to her and her family, is cooking some food to freeze so she can have on hand for when the baby comes and she doesn’t feel like cooking.

I am thinking about making some carne adovada smothered burritos. And of course I would probably make my famous green chile queso. The queso is what I get the most compliments on.

I would make it maybe Friday the 4th?

Comment or DM me and let me know if that’s so something you would be interested in.

I haven’t cooked in a long time because the tumors in my bones hurt so bad. But, I miss cooking for you guys!

Hey all! I apologize for not updating sooner.

I had my first radiation treatment and idk if it’s something I’ll want to continue doing.

I am going to call tomorrow and try to get in for an appointment and see what the radiation oncologist suggests.

Then, if all goes well, I’ll continue treatment and start over 😉

I had to resort to using tape because the casserole dishes I bought were horrible but we got it done.

I will always also admit when I make a mistake. I had someone order and I totally forgot about it and she didn’t get her order. I feel horrible!! Please, if I don’t reply on Facebook, text me because sometimes the messages don’t come through here on the business page.

Update: All original casserole spots are officially filled — thank you guys so much!! I will be delivering tomorrow between 11am and 1pm.

I’ve had a few more people reach out, so I’m opening up 2–3 extra spots before I go shopping today.

If you’ve been thinking about it, now’s the time — once these are gone, that’s it for this round.

Comment or message me ASAP if you want one so I can grab everything I need!
