My love for cheesecake started when I was around 7 or 8 yrs old. My dad would sit down with the cheesecake (yes the whole thing) and here we come running with our spoons, the biggest spoon I could fit in my mouth ��! We would finish the whole thing off in one setting! If you can imagine my sister, my dad and I trying to h

urry and get the next bite before there was no more! Thank you, MOM and DAD! � I love you! This journey got started after my boyfriend, Mo, tried my first cheesecake. His choice was strawberry. He couldn't believe how good it was. Mo said I should sell them but, I was nervous. I was like "You're kidding right?" Of course he was totally serious! THANK YOU, MO for all your support and for doing all my graphics!

ORGANIC Wild Berry Cheesecake

My first cheesecake to be released since my return. This cheesecake was prepared with all organic ingredients as per the client's request. I personally have never tasted or prepared one, but I did sample the batter for this particular cheesecake. Let me assure you, there is a noticeable difference. It significantly enhanced the flavor. I was definitely impressed!

This week I'm making my first ORGANIC Cheesecake with wild berries!
I'm super excited to get back into making cheesecakes again! This cheesecake I will be using organic ingredients.
It will look similar to this berry cheesecake pictured.
