Labor Day weekend is officially underway, and we're ready to celebrate! As summer comes to an end (though with these 100° temps, that's still up for debate), we thought a bright Carnitas Salad Bowl would hit the spot. Enjoy slow-cooked, tender carnitas and fresh veggies served in a delicious, crispy flour tortilla bowl. 🥗 ☀️ 🇺🇸
