**My post in the Brocton Page was deleted, which is odd...so i decided to post here*** Making this post was something I wrestled with because engaging with negativity and attempting to address someone's opinion is an exhausting battle that typically leads nowhere. But... Julie Hughes decided to make a post today attempting to cause damage to our family owned business here in Brocton. Julie's opinion is not the problem, she is entitled to it, but the false accusations and slander she put out on the internet was horrible and frankly she should be ashamed of herself. She claimed we used frozen vegetables and that we hire people off the streets, none of which are true! We use nothing but the best ingredients, sparing no expense with the products we use to make every order placed with us. We are a family run business that employs several local community members that are great people, hard working good people that have become part of our family and Julie along with anyone else that attempt to smear them are dishonest, disgusting people that should be ashamed of themselves. We take great pride in every order we make and we strive for perfection and consistency but unfortunately we are all human and sometimes things may happen. However, if a customer ever feels like they received anything but the best product all they would have to do was reach out and we would make every effort to make the situation right. Julie claims she attempted to message us last night and call us, maybe it was after hours im not sure but the reality is Julie could have just as easily reached out to us today during our operating hours and we could have worked together to find a solution to her problem. She chose the attempted Facebook fame route instead. Julie sent me an email this morning with her opinions, insults and demands along with pictures that I will post below. The pictures show in my opinion a great looking pizza using nothing but the best ingredients. I apologize we fell short of your expectations Julie. One final note for those that have ordered prior to May 1st, Pizza Gurus is under new ownership, any previous encounters please dont let that stop you from giving us a try. We make our dough fresh daily, along with our house made pizza sauce, house made sub oil and house made steak sauce. I realize we cant make everyone happy all the time but we certainly try our best, every member of the Gurus family works hard to provide our community with delicious food and we hope to see everyone on their next visit.
