The Morelli family and Morelli's Family Restaurant would like to say Thanks. Thanks for nearly 40 years of business and especially the out pouring love over the past 3 weeks. The decision was not made over night to close, it was discussed over the past 3-4 years. Over the past few weeks, it has been an emotional roller coaster ride for all of us. I tried to stop in and say a "good bye" or a "thank you" as much as i could. Seeing all the posts from past employees brought back may good memories. I want to thank all the employees over the past nearly 40 years at the Burger Shack and Morelli's Family Restaurant for their time, devotion, and dedication. And to the last 8 employees, what a ride! each and every one of you stepped up and didn't complain (not to me at least). I will miss and I care for each one of you!
To our customers, especially the morning crew and our Sunday groups...THANK YOU for the many years of support. You were like family to us. Closing will sure be a change to many, but like the saying goes..."Change is good." It is impossible to thank everyone that made this restaurant what it was for so long, so I'll just say THANK YOU to everyone! It was so nice to see everyone stopping in for one last meal over the past couple weeks, it was just like old times!
Brockway is a great small community so remember to support your locals at The BP Inn, The Hut Family Restaurant, Wood Street Deli, Glasstown Pizzeria, Paesano's, The Rocky Grill, Scottish Heights, Brockway Tastee Freez, Subway, Sunrise Coffee Bar, Brockway Golf Course, and anyone else i may have missed.
