I was excited to see a CHIKFILA near my hotel. I was not excited to have rolled into the over packed drive thru, asked for two separate orders and then have them combined into one. When i got to the window I requested that the orders be separate when the manager told me that it was possible and she could do it but won't because it would hold her line up. WHAT THE HECK CHIKFILA? Where did you get these people. I then decided to place the orders from my phone, i asked for sauce from the young man who brought my order and he replied its in there if you requested it. I said that I hadn't because I forgot. He then shrugged his shoulders and walked away. I thought that perhaps he was going to bring me some since the location doesn't allow people inside so I waited for 10 minutes. He never came back. This location is terrible the staff and managers are horrible. I have never been treated this badly anywhere, least of all a CHIKFILA. Way to treat NURSES... DON'T go to this location: 542 Westgate drive. Brockton Mass. Owner Rob Grier, thanks for a terrible experience. Your staff ruined my shift. Luckily they don't deal with patients, because they would kill them. Straighten your staff out. AWFUL.
No matter how busy it gets, lines out the door and two full rows of cars, the people who work at this Chick-fil-A are always happy, polite, professional, get your order right, have a great attitude.
I'm sorry but chik-fil-a will forever take this L, how you gonna give a man a chicken sandwich, amd forget the chicken
It’s a great place to work.
Excellent service in the drive thru on Friday despite the lines. Food was excellent as expected and my dog loved having her picture with her sunglasses taken. She's eyeing my waffle fries. Welcome to the neighborhood!
