I am so thankful for the amazing team we have at Cups. They work hard every day, always greet our customers with a smile, and truly care about the people who walk through the door.

A huge shout-out to Jamie, who puts so much love into every homemade baked good she makes. We have a group of coffee-loving regulars who have been with us since day one, and Jamie has built such a special bond with them. On her own dime and on her own time, she goes above and beyond to celebrate them—putting on birthday parties, decorating their table, making cakes, and creating homemade gifts. So many of our customers come back just for her delicious treats, and we’re lucky to have her.

PS. She is going to be so mad at me for making this post 🫣 she is beyond humble and doesn’t like this kind of attention-but it is well over do for a shout out to her!
