We’re a specialty coffee roaster in Riverside and Pawtucket, Rhode Island and we’re passionate about coffee. We’re here to bridge the gap between diner coffee and craft brews, between coffee snobs and everyday drinkers, because we believe coffee is an experience worth sharing with everyone. Roasting coffee is a blend of art and science; the entire process from bean to brew requires skill and const

ant attention. We know that coffee is at its best when it’s freshly roasted, so we roast in small batches to ensure you receive the best beans with every order. Smaller batches means we roast more often and coffee doesn’t sit on a shelf waiting to be sold. We taste each batch of coffee we roast as our commitment to quality. We’re constantly tweaking our roasts because every coffee bean has unique flavors worth highlighting. We take the time to discover the point in the roast where each bean (or each blend) develops its best attributes and flavor profiles. That means most of our roasts are on the light to medium side so you can still taste the flavor of the beans versus the flavors of the roast. Come by the cafe for a cup or to restock your favorite beans for home. Stay for while; read or work in the cafe. Our coffee flights are a great way to try all three of our iced coffees side-by-side: cold brew, nitro, and flash brewed. We rotate the single-origin coffees we use for our flash brewed iced coffee. Starting this weekend, it’ll be Ethiopia Sidamo Qunqana Honey Processed, bringing notes of apricot, cooked cherry, and toffee.

A new season calls for new cocktails! The latest lineup at the Aurora Bar is a little bright, a little weird, and very good: matcha and maple in the Zen Garden, smoky herbs in Between Two Agaves, tropical late-night energy in Midnight in Maui, raspberry and elderflower in Raspberry Beret, an actual carrot cake-inspired cocktail, and a pickle-brined gin drink we somehow can’t stop thinking about. May we recommend an evening at the Aurora Bar? ☕️🐻🍸
