You might've noticed we call our meatball and sausage "pinched" on the menu, and I realized that doesn't really explain itself. So here's what it means:

Pinched is short for hand-pinched. Instead of using a pre-cooked, frozen sausage or meatball like most places do, we start with raw product and pinch little pieces of it straight onto the pizza. It cooks right there, just one time, in the oven along with the pie.

Why does that matter? All that fat and flavor renders down into the dough as it bakes, instead of sitting on top dry and flavorless. You get a richer, juicier bite in every slice.
It's a little more work, but it's one of the many small ways we're doing things differently to bring you the best pizza we possibly can.
