Dear customers, we still can't open the pizzeria! On the day the oven was repaired, while we were making the dough, the mixer broke! Unfortunately, parts are hard to find (for those who say to buy new equipment, the mixer has just come out of warranty), specialists are even harder to find and give very long deadlines for repairs! We have been criticized for not buying new equipment, by people who have no idea what this business is! For example, the mixer that broke down is a special order because space is limited! We don't know how long it will take! We also want to open and start working! Our bills must be paid just like anyone else's bills! Thank you for your patience and understanding!
