🕰️ SINCE 1916
When Passanante's began serving families in 1916, the home freezer as we know it didn't exist.
Neither did supermarkets in their modern form.
Families bought food very differently—and keeping meat fresh required a whole lot more planning than opening the freezer door.
Over the last 110 years, we've watched the way Americans shop, store, and prepare food change dramatically.
But one thing hasn't changed:
Families still want quality food on the table—and an easier way to make that happen. 🧡
We're looking forward to sharing more stories, food history, and a few things we've learned along the way in our new Since 1916 series.
