Dear Agave Azul Family,

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, but due to an accident that occurred on our street and the resulting road closure, Agave Azul will be closing early today.

We spoke with the officers on site to ask how long the street is expected to remain closed. Unfortunately, they were unable to provide us with an estimated reopening time. With the uncertainty surrounding access to our restaurant, we have made the difficult decision to close early for the remainder of the day.

We sincerely apologize to anyone who had plans to dine with us today and greatly appreciate your patience and understanding.

We look forward to welcoming you back during our regular hours tomorrow.

A little update from Agave Azul!

While we patiently wait for our liquor permit, our temporary hours of operation will be:

🕚 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
🍽️ Last seating is 15 minutes before closing.

We truly appreciate everyone’s patience and support as we continue getting everything ready. We’re so excited to be serving the Bristol community and can’t wait to have our bar up and running soon!

Hi everyone! Agave Azul Mexican Restaurant is currently hiring and looking to add a few new members to our team!

We’re currently looking for hosts, waiters/waitresses, and food runners.

We’re looking for people who are friendly, responsible, hardworking, and able to work well in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Experience is preferred.

Bilingual in English and Spanish is definitely a plus!
