With 3 Young Children of my own, I understand the stresses of back to school! I, myself, thought I had more time, until I realized that it is literally less than a month away 😫 It’s CRUNCH time!!

While my initial plans was to do a bookbag drive, we unexpectedly went viral and that took over all of my Brain Space! But, I will be prepared for next year, God willing! With that said, to all of my supporters, you know I have team members that are primarily High School students. I have 2 “OG” team members who recently graduated from Eastern and continuing their education by enrolling in college! This is a first for me, and they will be truly missed. Bristol Scoops was their first job and we are proud to have had them as our staff. In honor of them, we want to giveaways 2 bookbags to 2 elementary school students! In addition, we would like to treat all elementary school students to a free kiddie scoop of ice cream! So Parents, please mark your calendars for August 24th. From 12p to 9p while the deliciousness last!

I wanted to take the time to say this to my Bristol Community! Many of you all know that I acquired Bristol Scoops early Last Year. Since, then you guys have supported our shop and willing to try all of the new desserts that we have been putting out. As of last week Saturday, we have gone viral for our Jamaican Ice Cream Cakes that have brought customers from all over CT just to get their hands on them on Saturdays. Specifically, yesterday, we had lines out of the door and long wait times for ice creams. Yesterday, was unique because 100% of my staff took off to attend their Senior Prom! I was left alone to push out all of the orders. My brother, and his significant other and his son drove from NJ, to help me at the shop, not having ANY prior training. I will cut this short to say that I appreciate all of my loyal customers prior to this and DEEPLY APOLOGIZE for the long wait times yesterday. Those who have had actual conversations with me knows my heart and appreciation to all of you. Please bear with us, specifically on Saturdays when this is causing longer wait times. 🫶🏽🫶🏽Also, if you havent seen our previous post, WE ARE hiring. Gotta be able to keep up with the fast pace
