I am transparent with my followers, and this decision has been a long time coming. Due to the high-quality ingredients we use, our cheesesteaks have a lower profit margin. Consequently, we have made the decision to adjust our inventory on nights when we operate for only four hours, during which we will carry 24 cheesesteaks, and on busier days, such as Saturdays, we will offer 48. This strategic decision will enable us to optimize our space and focus on higher profit margin items. If you are certain you will be visiting, I recommend reserving a roll, which I will set aside for you. Please note that if you do not make a reservation, availability of that particular sandwich may be limited. I assure you that our chicken cutlet sandwiches and burgers are of exceptional quality and taste, and I encourage you to consider trying them as an alternative.
