Do you still think using Baking Soda in your cookie recipes will cause them to spread? 🤷‍♀️
-Here’s why that’s not the case & how it actually enhances your cookies! 👏
-Baking soda itself does not cause your cookies to spread excessively. In most cases your cookie dough recipe isn’t built with a strong enough foundation to maintain it’s thickness/shape while baking. You need the proper bakers ratios of flour/sugars/fats to support a bakery style cookie! This allows you to use baking soda without fear! ✅
-Baking soda is the magic ingredient that helps give your cookies those nice golden edges and beautiful chewy texture inside! ✅
-If you want to bake the most perfect Bakery Style cookies in your own kitchen, that preform every single time, comment “Guide” and I’ll send over my exact recipes with my tips for success to get your started! 🎉
