Cmon up for Sunday night's elk pot roast, while supplies last, this Sunday and ever til the end of the season. Baby Yukons, carrots, sweet onion, celery, garlic braised in an elk stock(!) with shredded elk meat and a hint of huckleberry. Served with a buttermilk biscuit and garnished with a smoked (literally) rosemary sprig.
