New smoker finally tested. Few air leaks to work out but hey overall not that drastically different especially top to bottom. This will be the new main on the back of the trailer with the direct heat “child box” mainly for brisket and pork butt.

Pretty excited. And capped off the night with an awesome rice bowl Alexander made and a long day of sweating and welding.

Will update once the air leaks are fixed and we run our first meats Sunday afternoon
