We’ve got a FULL week ahead at The Flip Side Co. ❤️

We’re kicking things off behind the scenes Monday, then hitting the road Tuesday through Sunday with a private employee event, Kaiser Franklin, America’s Auto Auction Denver, Bromley at Brighton Apartments, the Brighton Vendor & Crafters Market, and Sunday brunch at Pour Tap House!

Saturday’s Brighton Vendor & Crafters Market at the Columbian Home Event Center is open to the public with FREE ADMISSION, vendors, crafters, food, and family fun — so come spend part of your Saturday with us!

A little behind the scenes at The Flip Side ❤️

There’s a whole lot more that goes into this little food truck than what you see when we hand you your order. Early mornings, hot grills, lots of prep, plenty of bacon 😂 and a whole lot of love.

We’re not trying to be like anybody else. We’re just over here doing what we do best — serving up made-from-scratch comfort food with a Flip and getting a little better every single day.

I’m incredibly proud of what The Flip Side is becoming, and I’m so grateful for every person who follows us, shares our posts, stops by the truck, tells a friend, or comes back for another Flip. You’re helping build this right alongside us. ❤️

And trust me… we’re just getting started. 😉

Hey guys, I found a food truck that makes crepes from scratch! 👀🍓

Watch this Strawberry Cheesecake Flip come together—fresh crepe batter, cheesecake filling, strawberries, whipped cream and powdered sugar. Everything is made fresh and folded into one delicious Flip! 😍

What a great day at Touch-A-Truck at Brighton City Hall! 🚒🚓 We were so busy serving that I didn’t get a chance to post earlier, but I still wanted to share some of the fun—including the incredible trucks and all the other vendors who came out!

A special shout-out to Amy with the City of Brighton for putting together such a wonderful event. She is always so positive, welcoming, prompt, and on top of every detail. It’s clear how much work she puts into making these community events run smoothly, and she is truly a pleasure to work with. Thank you, Amy, for everything you do for our community! 💛

And thank you to everyone who came out and supported us today!
