✨ A little magic is coming to Wheat Ridge, and I couldn’t be more excited! ✨

I’m thrilled to share that The Flip Side Co. will be a vendor at Fairy Godmother’s Marketplace, presented by A Dash of Enchantment, on August 28! 🧚‍♀️💜

As a grandma to a little girl who absolutely loves princesses and fairy godmothers, this event is especially exciting for me. I know how much joy events like this bring to families, and I can’t wait to be a part of it!

Come enjoy an evening filled with incredible local vendors, magical moments, and don’t forget to stop by The Flip Side Co. for one of our fresh-made Flip Rolls, loaded potatoes, and sweet treats!

🚚 THIS WEEK AT THE FLIP SIDE CO.! 🎉

I’ve been a little quieter than usual lately, but for good reason…

✅ The Flip Side is now officially licensed to serve in Denver! 🎉

Between permits, inspections, and getting the truck where I want it, it’s been a busy few weeks. Thank you all for sticking with me through it. Your support truly means the world to me.

This weekend we’re headed to Boulder, Brighton, and Lakewood, and if all goes as planned, next week we’ll be back to serving 4–5 days a week! 🙌

Yep… I took “Breakfast All Day” off the truck. 😏

But don’t worry—your breakfast favorites aren’t going anywhere! In fact, they’re still some of our best sellers.

The reason? The Flip Side has become so much more than just breakfast. From savory Flip Melts and Loaded Potatoes to sweet Flip creations and everything in between, we’re growing into something even bigger.

And trust me… we’re just getting started. 😉

🚨 No… I didn’t forget how to serve breakfast. 😂

If you’ve driven by The Flip Side lately and thought, “Wait… something’s missing…” you were right.

Yep, I took “Breakfast All Day” off the truck.

Before anybody starts a rumor… 😅

No, we didn’t stop serving breakfast!

I took it off because way too many people thought that’s ALL we serve. Meanwhile, we’ve got loaded potatoes, Flip Melts, sweet flips, parfait flips, desserts, and more!

Don’t worry… tomorrow I’ll make it all official with a proper announcement. 🎉 I promise it’ll make a whole lot more sense than me randomly peeling words off my truck. 😂
