We are expanding our front of house team and looking to add a part time togo server/host. The ideal candidate is outgoing, able to efficiently multitask, and provides a positive first interaction with guests dining in and executes all togo orders.

Due to the high volume of togo orders we receive this is not a traditional hosting position but rather acts primarily as a togo server. Due to the volume, typical gratuities double to triple the hourly wage.

We wanted to extend our sincere gratitude for all of our guests who exhibited extra patience tonight after longer than normal wait times.

As a frame of reference on a typical busy Sunday we serve between 120-150 meals at dinner which already maxes out our space. Tonight for whatever reason we served over 350 in a two hour period

We have also made the decision that any time wait times approach our maximum, we will immediately shut down all 3rd party app services such as Uber and DoorDash. Our priority will always be with our in house guests and direct orders from call ins and online orders directly through our website.

Maxing out a space is a wonderful problem to have and it requires active adjustment as to not negatively impact the guest experience. Thank you for being the best customers out there.

There are many reasons we do not have an in house delivery fleet at Vita Momenti. However, when we receive an early morning call from someone out of state who tells us that their friends in Lake Forest Park love our restaurant and and it would mean a lot for them to receive a large delivery from us, we make it happen. What a wonderful night hosting so many families celebrating Mother’s Day with their loved ones a day early!

Mother’s Day is one of our favorite holidays as we get to see and serve generations who come together to honor mothers, grandmothers, aunts, sisters, and all those who play a maternal and nurturing role in our lives.

Mothers deserve to be honored every day and a day set aside specifically for that purpose is one of great importance.

We will be open with an elevated and honed menu tomorrow from 11:30-8PM.

Walks in are welcome but due to volume and large parties it is highly encouraged to make a reservation prior to your visit to avoid extended waits.

In the language of the motherland “Non c'è vita, né gioia, né respiro, né riso, né pace che non abbia inizio dalle madri”.
(There is no life, no joy, no breath, no laughter, no peace, that does not begin with mothers).
