My heart feels heavy yet brimming with gratitude as I sit down to share with you the journey of Kneaded by Lady J in Brielle, NJ. For four incredible years, this microbakery has been more than just a place of business for me; it has been my sanctuary, my passion, and my lifeline.
From the moment you walked through our doors, your smiles and enthusiasm for our sourdough bread, pastries, and charcuterie creations filled every corner of our cozy space with warmth and joy. It’s been an honor to pour my heart and soul into every loaf, every pastry, and every charcuterie platter, knowing that it would bring a moment of delight to your day, your gatherings, and your celebrations.
Kneaded by Lady J didn’t just emerge from a love of baking it was born from a deep-rooted passion for crafting culinary experiences that nourish both body and soul. Each recipe, each ingredient carefully chosen, each batch made with love and intention. We aimed not only to provide delicious treats but to offer a piece of art, a story, a memory woven into every bite.
As a pioneer in the charcuterie world, each platter became a canvas, a treasure to assemble, a symphony of flavors and textures that delighted the senses and sparked conversations. Food, for me, has always been more than sustenance it’s a connection to my roots and to the spirit of creativity that flows through every recipe, every dish.
With immense gratitude, I extend my heartfelt appreciation to our local community for embracing us, for making our name known, and for becoming part of our family. To our devoted customers, who entrusted us with their breads, their parties, their special occasions you have been the heartbeat of Kneaded by Lady J, and I am forever grateful for your support and loyalty.
Thank you, from the depths of my heart, for allowing me to share this journey with you. As of May 31st we will officially be sunsetting Kneaded by Lady J. I truly hope our paths cross again and I look forward to sharing the next chapter with you.
