Don't forget, meat makes an excellent gift and your loved ones can easily drop a frozen vacuum sealed bag of bbq in a pot of water and have a fresh meal in minutes.

Firing up the smoker this Thursday. Want bbq? Brisket and pulled pork by the pound. Ribs by the whole or half rack. Jalapeño chorizo by the link. We'll even vacuum seal the meat so you can freeze it and eat it whenever you like. Pm us by Wednesday. Pre-order and pick up only (Bridgewater). Limited space, first messaged, first smoked.
