Beans and Greens calzone tonight! We slowly cooked garlic and Fresno chilies with ham hocks and chicken stock, stirred in a bunch of escarole and cannellini beans and simmered it a little while longer until everything came together. Served with a calzone stuffed with extra mozzarella, extra Parm, and roma tomatoes. Great cold weather food!
