Wide range of products and offerings. From traditional Bbq and specialty items to whole hogs, taco bar, and even pasta bars. If you want it, we can do it. From 20 people to 200 people, no party too small or too big.

I want to say THANK YOU to each and everyone that always comes out to support Mad Smoke BBQ Company. We alway strive to push great BBQ in a very timely fashion. All the compliments and wonderful feed back we receive makes it all worth doing this.

Also want to say that I am sorry if I can’t respond or comment back to every comment that is posted. I truly try my best to respond to everyone as fast as I can.

We have been posting where we will be the week of and sometimes the whole month, so everyone can come get some great BBQ.

With that being said Mad Smoke will be very busy this month with catering jobs. The next time the trailer will be out, will be at Cedar Lakes Winery Aug. 22nd and then again on Aug. 29th for concerts. Unfortunately we are booked with private events and catering.

We love you for the amazing support and truly can’t wait to see everyone again. God Bless everyone.

Come on out to Dollar General early today to get your Bbq fix. We will be there slinging the best Bbq in the Lou from 11:00-4:00, as long as the weather cooperates.

This Saturday August 1st, Mad Smoke will be serving up some awesome Q at two different spots. Back at Dollar General, 10 Fee Fee rd, from 11:00-4:00. Then at Linda Lou’s, 3088 Mckelvey rd for their Decades Apart concert, from 5:00-10:00. Come out and see us, enjoy some great music and Bbq.

This Friday the 17th, Mad Smoke Bbq will be at Vago park, 2700 Fee Fee rd, for the Maryland Heights Concert Series night.
We will be set up around 5:00, Concert starts at 7:00 and goes till 9:00. Come on out and enjoy Bbq and Live music. Bring your family, bring your friends!!

After a two week hiatus due to the holidays and private catering events, Mad Smoke Bbq will be back at it tomorrow 7/10 in the Dollar General parking lot at 10 Fee Fee rd from 11:00-6:00 or sell out. Why cook and have dishes to clean, let us do all that for you. Come get you some of the best Q in the Lou.

Pork steaks, Memphis sandwiches, loaded nachos and fries, smoked and fried wings, loaded grilled cheese, the all new Pi**ed off Pig, and so much more. Come early before your favorites are gone.
