The State Farmers Market Nutrition Program (SFMNP) is back for 2024, offering fresh, local produce from participating farmers' markets.

Here's how you can take advantage:

🔍 Eligibility: If you're 60 or older with a gross income equal to or less than 185% of the federal poverty income guidelines, you qualify! Check the detailed income eligibility guidelines on our website.

💰 Benefits: Once approved, you'll receive a QR code preloaded with $50 to use at participating farmers' markets.

🛒 How It Works:
Apply: Visit our Division of Senior Services office or attend one of our upcoming Farmers Market events. Can't make it? Give us a call!

Approval: Upon approval, you'll get a personalized QR code and a list of participating farmers.
Shop: Redeem your funds at the farmers' markets in Gloucester County.
