What were you doing at 2am? A lot of love and care goes into making our smoked meats just right and it's a process that can't be rushed. It's long nights and even longer days it's grueling work that not everyone can handle. Knowing how to properly use a smoker to get the best quality from your food is truly a talent and we think our pitmaster has done a pretty amazing job for our customers.
