Chef Carol has put together something truly beautiful for this one. Think autumn antipasto, handmade paccheri with butternut squash and sage, stuffed pork loin with prosciutto and sun dried tomatoes, roasted salmon with lemon butter caper sauce and Nonna’s apple spice cake to finish. 🌿🍝
