Beginning today, because I can't seem to hire reliable folks, our hours will be temporarily changing. We will open at 7 am for breakfast and close at 6 pm Monday thru Friday. We will be closed on Saturday and Sunday. This will change as we hire some good people.

I'm looking for help. If you are a dependable, drama and drug-free person that is able to follow simple instructions and would like to work in a (mostly) fun environment, please call me. We have three shifts, morning, lunch and evening. I prefer someone that can be flexible in shifts, but will work with you if you're hired. This is not a hard job. This is Elese Kemp Jones, owner of the Dairy Bar. Apparently, we had a customer order a BLT from us that was unhappy. For the record, we do NOT have a BLT on our menu because we only have real bacon pieces that we use on our pizzas and salads. But we make a BLT occasionally when people ask, out of the kindness of our hearts. Well we've heard that there's some nasty chatter about our BLT. Never fear...we're opening for breakfast next week and will have bacon slices so we'll be making a delicious BLT that will be added to our lunch and breakfast menus. You might even want to add a fried egg and cheese to it! Anyway I just wanted to clear up that anybody who got a BLT up to this point, knew what they were getting.

And one more thing...I love our country and love the fact that we have the FREEDOM to say anything we want. It would be nice though, if people spent their time building people up, not trying to tear them down! Gotta love Facebook!
